Construction Monitoring

PGE�s staff experience also includes construction observation of horizontal directional drilling (HDD), microtunneling installations, vibration monitoring, pile driving observation, load test, and foundation construction. PGE�s technical staff have 40-hour HAZWOPER health and safety training required to work on sites with possible soil and groundwater contamination. PGE�s personnel is also experienced with using various field monitoring instruments to check for possible contamination, such as organic vapor analyzers (OVA), photo-ionization detectors (PID), combustible gas indicators, and Draeger Tubes. All of PGE�s field personnel are trained in first aid/CPR and have OSHA 30-hr Construction Safety training.
