  • Performed a comprehensive geotechnical engineering services for a new a two-story, 2,795 square meter (SM) Pacific Warfighting Center (PWC) for the U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM), Staff Decision Support Directorate, and USPACOM Standing Joint Force Headquarter (SJFHQ).
  • Participated in a Functional Analysis Concept Design (FACD).
  • Performed a detailed geotechnical exploration for design and consultation services during construction.

Main geotechnical concerns included variable subsurface conditions, a site located close to an old shoreline of Ford Island, cavities and voids, and previous disturbance from a former hangar that was destroyed during the 1941 Pearl Harbor attack.
